I don't think it's possible to say or hear the words
"I love you"
without feeling joy.

Today's task is easy:
Say it.
Say "I love you" to someone you love.
Heck, say it to EVERYONE you love.
You can even say it a few times...
no one who loves you too is going to turn you away!
